Osceola Airboat Association - Russell Home Santa Ride Participants should plan to meet at 27 palms just south of Overstreet at 9am where everyone will wait for the Russell Home shuttle to arrive. At 10am, participants will escort Santa to Overstreet boat ramp to greet the Russell Home residents.
